    Thank God Trump's reign of terror is finally over, and thank God I lived through it (wasn't 100% sure I would, with all the severe anxiety and other craziness it created in me). I know things won't change overnight. It's like turning a large ship -- you turn the rudder, and then slowly, the ship starts to react, eventually making the turn. Today, the rudder turns. Now to try to heal the massive anxiety disorder these last four years have left me with (especially the last few months -- crippling anxiety).

    PERIOD. This should've happened a long time ago, but hey, better late than never. I ain't complainin'. Glad to get this racist, misogynist, homophobic, transphobic, xenophobic, ableist, just overall terrible person, Donald Trump out of there. He should've never made his way to that position of power in the first place. The fact that he was ever able to gain that power means we got a lot we still gotta work on in this country. This is only the beginning of this country's healing process.

    The worst things I could think of to write about Trump wouldn't even begin to cover how bad he really is (I keep up on the news closely) but someone should write a comprehensive, wide angled, no holds barred and no stone left un-turned, very complete, well studied and researched, paper on just what a disgrace to common human ethics he is.

    I'm not a fan of Trump at all. So it is good he has left. However, I don't want to spoil the party.

    I feel like his removal will not change US politics/everyday life significantly.

    100%. We still have plenty of problems to deal with, but at least we're moving in a better direction and I can actually sleep at night without constant fear of what the next day will bring.
